Terms of Use

Last updated October 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Right Question client portal at portal.rightquestion.ai (the "Portal"), operated by Right Question, LLC ("Right Question", "we", "us"). By signing in to the Portal you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not sign in.

The Portal is where Right Question shares proposals, demos, timelines and documents with its clients. It is invite-only: we create each account, and you cannot register yourself.

An account belongs to one person. Do not share it, and do not let anyone else use your email inbox to sign in as you. You sign in with a 6-digit code that we email to you, so keep your mailbox secure. Tell us at once if you think someone else has had access to your account.

Everything you see in the Portal is confidential. We share it with you so that your organization can evaluate our work and use it in your project with us.

Do not copy, forward, publish or otherwise share Portal material with anyone else without our written permission. If you and Right Question have signed a separate agreement, such as a confidentiality or engagement agreement, that agreement prevails where it differs from these Terms.

Use the Portal lawfully. Do not try to reach material that is not yours, test or bypass its security, interfere with its operation, or collect its content with automated tools.

We may suspend or end any account, or remove any material, at any time, for example when a project ends or when these Terms are broken. You can ask us to close your account by email.

We take reasonable care to protect the Portal. No system is completely secure, so please tell us if you notice anything that looks wrong.

  • Access is by invitation only.
  • You sign in with a 6-digit code sent to your email.
  • Each client's material is kept apart from every other client's in the database itself, not only in the application.
  • Data is encrypted in transit.
  • The Portal is hosted in the European Union.
  • The operator's own account is protected by an authenticator app.

Proposals and other material in the Portal are for discussion. Nothing in the Portal is an offer that becomes binding when you accept it; an engagement begins only when both parties sign an engagement agreement.

Portal material, including text, design, graphics and software, is owned by Right Question, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Sharing it with you does not transfer ownership.

The Portal is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Right Question, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Portal, and our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Portal does not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Continued use of the Portal after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
